CHALLENGES IN FINDING HIDDEN ASSETS

The presentation will include:

  • Expert insights into reviewing and analyzing financial records
  • Examining estate, gift, and inheritance tax returns for gifts or bequests
  • Hi-level tracing techniques for locating accounts and people
  • Sophisticated technology, tools, and resources for locating hidden assets
  • Creative insights for using forensic accounting services

Registration fee is $25 for non-students and

free for all currently enrolled paralegal students

with proof of enrollment. 


Late registration fee will increase to $35 if

registering after January 20.

About the Alliance

VAPA was formed by six associations in 1989 and is now comprised of paralegal associations and individual area liaisons located within the Commonwealth of Virginia. It represents over 1,500 paralegals and students across the state. The Alliance is non-partisan, non-profit, and non-union.
