Join us for our second advanced retreat designed especially for the more experienced paralegal or legal assistant! This program will focus on workers’ comp issues that may or may not have a personal injury component. If you have five years or more experience in litigation, this event will prove to be a true getaway while providing you with the knowledge and skills to take back to the office on Monday.

Enjoy the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains while you share ideas and learn new skills along with your peers. Meals are included, parking is free, plus we have special events planned to make this a true retreat.

Due to the sensitive nature of the material provided in this program, attendance is restricted to those who work with claimants or plaintiffs only.

VTLA COVID-19 POLICY (as of 1/4/22): Providing a safe and healthy environment is a top priority and we continue to closely monitor the pandemic and CDC guidelines. All in-person attendees and exhibitors must be fully vaccinated and wear a mask when indoors unless eating or drinking. Several days before the retreat, all in-person attendees will receive a brief online certification stating that they are fully vaccinated and willing to wear a mask. Please check our website regularly for updates and changes. Thank you for your cooperation and flexibility.

CLE Certificate and Materials:
Retreat materials, along with the CLE Certificate of Attendance, will be emailed to you 1-2 days prior to the retreat so that you may print any materials you may wish to have with you. If you would like to access these materials while at the retreat, bring your laptop or tablet.

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early and come to the VTLA registration table to check-in.
